Profitable Tradie is a business coaching company helping plumbing, electrical, and service-based businesses across New Zealand, Australia, and North America scale and optimize their operations.

We’re growing fast and need an IT & Automation Support Specialist to keep our systems running smoothly.

What You’ll Really Be Doing:

• Managing Integrations: Connect and maintain workflows between our platforms—ensuring the right info flows between tools like ClickFunnels, Aircall, MessageMedia, and others.

• Building Automation Workflows: Use platforms like Zapier, Make, or native integrations to create automations that save time and increase consistency.

• Supporting AI Tools: Help onboard and manage tools like FathomAI and UpliftAI, and support the team in using them effectively.

• Tech Stack Admin: Manage licenses, users, and performance across tools like M365, Aircall, MessageMedia, FathomAI, ClickFunnels, and Wix.

• Tech Support: Solve tech challenges for our team—account access, integrations not working, app issues, etc.

• Documentation & Training: Create clear how-tos and offer basic training to help team members confidently use our tech stack.

• Project Collaboration: Work across all our teams to implement and improve tech-driven systems and solutions.

• Love making different tools talk to each other through clever integrations.

• Get excited about exploring new SaaS and AI platforms.

• Can explain tech stuff clearly to non-tech people without jargon.

• Are self-motivated, reliable, and enjoy remote work.

• Like variety in your workday—jumping from integrations to problem-solving to experimenting with new tools.

What You Bring:

• Experience building and maintaining automations using Zapier, Make, or similar.

• Familiarity with ClickFunnels and Wix for light admin/editing (no complex coding needed).

• Confident managing tools like Aircall, MessageMedia, FathomAI, and UpliftAI—or similar platforms.

• Strong troubleshooting instincts and a love of problem-solving.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• A proactive mindset and eagerness to keep up with tech trends.
