At Profitable Tradie, we help trade business owners build better businesses—and better lives—through training, coaching, and tools that work. We run webinars, bootcamps, and training programs that change lives. But the magic of those programs doesn’t just come from our presenters... it happens because of people like you, who keep things running like clockwork in the background.
We’ve built an awesome team, strong culture, and have big growth plans. Now, we’re looking for someone to join us in this newly created role and support our fast-moving Learning & Development team.
What You'll Be Doing
This role is all about coordination, consistency, and clarity. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring everything behind our training systems is sorted, updated, and running smoothly.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Uploading new videos, resources, and content to our member site weekly (WIX)
Keeping our calendars up to date in WIX and AddEvent (we always plan 3 months ahead)
Creating and updating landing pages for webinars and bootcamps
Organising webinar thumbnails and social media graphics post-event
Managing and rotating webinar content—removing old sessions and uploading new ones
Updating bootcamp catch-up areas with new recordings
Handling member access issues (WIX support)
Keeping our WIX and Dropbox filing systems clean and well-organised
Updating our resource tracking sheet weekly
And after each curriculum meeting:
Updating ClickUp with new training modules
Assigning presenters and sending invites (12 weeks out)
Reviewing and updating resources to meet our visual and branding standards
Helping refine our internal ChatGPT tools with new content and transcripts
Supporting internal communication (copywriting, scheduling, thumbnails)
Helping document and improve our SOPs
If it’s to do with training resources, you’ll probably have a hand in it!
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be a designer or trainer—but you do need to be ultra-organised, systems-savvy, and confident juggling multiple moving pieces. You’ll be a perfect fit if:
You’re familiar with WIX, Dropbox, and ClickUp (or you learn systems quickly)
You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and love working behind the scenes
You’re comfortable working remotely and independently, but love being part of a team
You genuinely care about the quality of your work and making sure nothing “falls through the cracks”
