What You’ll Be Doing
As our full-time, remote Events Administrator, you’ll be the digital powerhouse that helps our Events Manager plan and deliver world-class events.
You’ll own the coordination and communication behind the scenes — keeping everything organised, up-to-date, and moving forward. You’ll manage digital documents, schedules, vendor info, research, reporting, and post-event follow-up.
You’ll:
- Maintain and update event planning templates, checklists, and documentation
- Organise speaker bios, images, event guides, agendas, and marketing materials
- Track supplier quotes, bookings, invoices, and communications
- Send templated communications — confirmations, reminders, thank-you emails
- Liaise with suppliers over email to confirm details and follow up
- Schedule meetings, Zooms, reminders, and team milestones
- Upload and organise feedback, survey responses, and post-event reports
- Assist with researching venues, vendors, and ideas to elevate the experience
- Support digital channels like email threads, Facebook groups, and internal comms
- Take on ad-hoc admin or project support as needed
Who You Are
You’re a remote admin rockstar who takes pride in being the person others rely on. You love structure, systems, and staying on top of the little things that make a big difference. You're proactive, organised, and excellent at digital comms.
You bring:
- Impeccable organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills — clear, professional, and timely
- Confidence using tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, Zoom, and M365
- Strong research skills — you’re quick, thorough, and efficient
- A proactive, self-managed approach — you meet deadlines without being chased
- The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping a ball
- Calm energy, clear thinking, and the ability to adapt when things change
