What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will own the recruitment process end-to-end and partner closely with leaders to help build exceptional teams as the business grows.

This role will suit someone who enjoys finding great candidates others miss, not just managing job ads and applications.

You will:

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and shape recruitment approaches
• Write compelling job ads that attract strong candidates, not just applicants
• Actively source and headhunt great people through LinkedIn and other channels
• Build candidate pipelines so we are always ahead of future hiring needs
• Lead structured interviews and confidently assess candidates, providing clear hiring recommendations
• Market map key roles to identify where strong talent sits in the market
• Manage multiple open roles without compromising quality
• Guide hiring managers through good recruitment decisions
• Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience from first contact through to offer
• Use systems such as Teamtailor to manage pipelines, candidate communication, and recruitment data
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve our hiring process as we grow
